With over 15 years of experience as an immigration attorney, Loide brings a wealth of hands-on experience, dedication and integrity to LRJ Law Group. Graduating from American University, Washington College of Law in 2006, Loide shares that, “My mission is to provide my clients with a safe space of honest and thorough legal counsel.” This same passion has propelled her towards her objective, to be a respected immigration advocate amongst her clients and peers.

Loide also brings a personal touch to practicing immigration law. Having immigrated to the U.S. as a child with her family, she credits the honest and kindhearted attorneys who helped her family successfully navigate their immigration matters in the mid 80’s, as one of her inspirations to provide the same quality of service to her clients.

Loide strives to strike a balance between servicing her client’s legal needs and ensuring their comfort and ease with her services. Loide has consistently acted with integrity in her counsel and work product. Loide has also shown personable candor as well as palpable dedication and passion for her clients and the law. Collectively, these attributes help create an environment where both client and attorney work as a team to achieve positive results.

Loide’s experience in immigration law is extensive and comprehensive. She has successfully represented clients in Immigration Courts and USCIS Field Offices throughout the U.S. and in U.S. Embassies all over the globe. She has cultivated a successful practice focused on complex immigration litigation, including appellate litigation at the Board of Immigration of Appeals, Family based petitions, Adjustment of status (including under Section 13 of the INA and the registry), Naturalization and Citizenship, I-601/A, I-212, and I-612 Waivers, Humanitarian Parole, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, VAWA petitions, Parole in Place (PIP) for the family of U.S. Military service members, and Removal Defense.
